Discover Clarity through Contrast Clarity of your desires is one of the most important steps in manifesting what you want. For some, this process may be difficult or frustrating. For others, the process of getting clear about their vision comes easily. Here is a tool that will assist you with this process and support you in getting clear about what it is you desire. The most helpful concept that I have discovered for myself over the last few years has been the concept spoken by Abraham-Hicks. This message teaches us to embrace contrast;a concept that took some time for me to understand. Clarity through contrast? You bet. How is it we can know what we do want without experiencing what we do not want (contrast)? It is through contrast that we experience what we don't want. Contrast is essential in supporting us to make a decision. Bring to mind contrast that you may be experiencing in your life right now. Notice how easy it is to identify what it is you don't want. That's contrast. Using this contrast, formulate your thoughts to see what it is you do want. As I experience contrast in my life, I have learned that when I use it to get clear about what it is I do want; the contrast begins to turn to desire, and it feels better. When I don't use the contrast to help me get clear, the contrast becomes resistance. After spending some time getting clear about what you do want, I suggest you prepare a Desire Statement. A Desire Statement is just that -- a statement about your desire. It may be helpful to use phrases in your Desire Statement such as: "I'm in the process." or "I love knowing..." etc. Things will flow much easier to you once you are clear about what you want. Remember, the Universe delivers to you what you give your attention and energy to, not necessarily what you want. If you do these simple exercises, you will undoubtedly experience the powerful Universal Law of Attraction. Having your desires clear and articulate will result in a smooth, quick manifestation.
